At Authentic Gabbeh Rugs, we take great pride in offering hand-selected, authentic Persian Gabbeh rugs. We want you to love your rug — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We gladly accept returns or exchanges initiated within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at (530) 823-6887 or email us at info@authenticgabbehrugs.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Conditions
- Rugs must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the rug arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
Shipping & Handling Adjustments
We offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
However, we reserve the right to deduct a small handling fee from the refund amount under certain conditions:
- If the rug is oversized or unusually heavy
- If it was shipped to a distant location (e.g., East Coast shipments from our Auburn, CA showroom)
Any applicable fees will be discussed transparently during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus any applicable handling fees) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
